10. Emeril Lagasse
One of the best chefs in the world and the creator of the “New New Orleans” style is Emeril Lagasse. His collection of publications, goods, and eateries is thought to generate $150 million in revenue annually. In 2003, he won the National Best Recipe Award for his recipe for “Turkey and Hot Sausage Chili.” In order to provide underprivileged kids with educational opportunities, Emeril established the Emeril Lagasse Foundation in 2002.
